Trusted by readers since 2016

I've been writing and selling books since 2016. Recently, I added direct sales to my business to break free from the hold of major retailers. It's a challenge, but one that I accept wholeheartedly.

You may have noticed my mission: "to keep you up late... one page at a time." To make that mission a reality, my first priority, aside from writing good books, is getting those books into your hands as quickly and easily as possible.

How does that happen?

Fortunately for us, physical books are easy to get. Hop onto a website that sells books (much like my bookshop), select the book(s) you are interested in, and request a copy sent to your home. The process from payment to delivery can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks, depending on where the physical books are made and where you live.

But what about e-books? How do I get my e-book?

After completing an e-book purchase, you will be reading in minutes, guaranteed. It's the very definition of instant gratification.

I use a service called BookFunnel. Their sole purpose is getting e-books to readers, whether they use e-readers, their phones, or computers. And they're very good at it.

After a purchase, you will receive an email that looks similar to this:

If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. In addition, be sure to whitelist "help@bookfunnel.com".

Your BookFunnel email will contain the link to your e-book and will look similar to these examples:

https://pr.bookfunnel.com/dawfbav or BookHip.com/DAWFBAV

Click on that link and your Internet browser will be directed to your personal download page for your recently purchased e-book. That page will look similar to this:

If you click the button "GET MY BOOK", select the way you prefer reading e-books and follow the prompts. That page looks like this:

If you ever need help, just click the "Need help?" link in the top right corner of the screen.

If you choose to click the link "Start reading in your browser," you'll be presented with the e-book instantly. It will look similar to this:

All you have to do next is... read, rate, and review!

I hope that helps demystify the e-book purchase and download process. In the end, all I really want to do is get my books into your hands as easily as possible.

If you have any other questions, please visit my frequently asked questions page, or send me a message, either through my contact page, or via the online chat system in the bottom right of your screen.

If you do begin a chat, depending on where you live, I may be asleep. Unfortunately, I do need to sleep occasionally.

Happy reading!

With thanks,
Lee
