Downloadable digital products (e-books and audiobooks*) have a refund period of 14 days, after which no refund can be given. If you buy a duplicate digital product by accident, please contact Lee within 14 days of purchase and the duplicate item will be refunded.
Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, there are no refunds on physical merchandise (paperbacks and hardcovers). If your order arrives damaged, which is rare, Lee can resend your paperback(s). Please contact Lee within 14 days of receiving your order, with the subject "damaged paperback/hardcover" and include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. He'll make things right. Happy customers are return customers!

If you would like to try before you buy, you can preview the first 20% of every e-book instantly right in your browser (sometimes more because cutting a chapter short is plain evil.) Other retailers offer previews, but a 20% preview can only be found here at my bookshop.
